Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

Reschedule:

  1. Appointments may be rescheduled any time up to 24 hours preceding the scheduled appointment

  2. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee

  3. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours that are subsequently canceled will not be eligible for a refund and client must pay $100 before booking another appointment

  4. Appointments made during special events/promotions can not be rescheduled to another day unless the difference between normal pricing and promotional pricing is paid AND a $50 reschedule fee is paid

Cancellation:

  1. Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund

  2. Appointments canceled within a 24 hour period preceding the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for refund

  3. No show appointments are not refund eligible and can not be rescheduled
